JEN: I would sit on that covered porch for hours.

LAUREN: Yeah.

JEN: Drink my coffee, drink my cocktail.

(Ricardo laughs).

JEN: I would just spend all of my time... LAUREN: Oh, yeah.

JEN: Out there because it's so beautiful out here.

RICARDO: It really is.

JEN: Don't you think?

RICARDO: Yeah, yeah.

LAUREN: New builds are very rare, actually.

Most of the homes are in these established neighborhoods that have been around since the 70s.

So, a lot of the communities here have strict HOAs so you're not even allowed to tear them down and rebuild.

RICARDO: Okay, so, Lauren, it really feels like we're really nestled in nature.

LAUREN: Yes, so, Burke Lake is about 10 minutes away.

But, the closest lake is Lake Braddock so that's within walking distance.

And, if you just follow this road down a little bit you'll get to the Ninja Warrior Playground.

RICARDO: What?

LAUREN: Yes.

RICARDO: Oh, no.

(laughter).

LAUREN: For big kids.

RICARDO: Perfect.

LAUREN: So it's really fun.

I think that that window might be taller than you.

JEN: I think we're definitely into the dream home scenario with a light fixture like this, RICARDO: Yeah, and what flows right into the open concept.

JEN: Wow, there's a lot of space in here.

RICARDO: And a lot of light.

JEN: But I think you know me well enough to know that I will immediately be drawn to the kitchen area.

RICARDO: To the kitchen.

JEN: This is beautiful.

JEN: I love this amazingly large quartz island.

RICARDO: You could get four people here easily.

JEN: There's also a ton of storage.

RICARDO: Yeah, these appliances are gorgeous.

This hood is amazing.

I love this gold color.

JEN: It really adds a warmth to the room including these sconces.

RICARDO: Uh-huh.

JEN: I like to see what I'm doing when I'm cooking.

RICARDO: What is this going on with the refrigerator?

JEN: Wine drawer.

JEN: I feel like I could just follow the sun around this house and keep sitting outside all day.

I think it's so beautiful.

RICARDO: Wall to wall carpet.

JEN: Oh, a little guest room.

JEN: Yeah, I think you're right.

And a double closet.

RICARDO: Nice.

RICARDO: This is lovely.

I love this vertical tile.

JEN: And I really like how it kind of is a juxtaposition against this basket weave flooring.

I love that.

JEN: Another wine fridge.

RICARDO: Yeah.

JEN: That one doesn't appear to have a lock though.

JEN: Yes.

RICARDO: This window is huge.

JEN: The natural light in this house really is just incredible.

JEN: I was not expecting that.

I really like the honeycomb flooring.

And the subway tile, it's very fresh.

RICARDO: Yeah.

Oh, wow.

JEN: Look at that stand-up shower.

RICARDO: Is that a double vanity I see before me?

JEN: Oh, I love it.

RICARDO: I love it too.

JEN: These lighting fixtures are really interesting.

Oh, and I love that the shower has a window.

RICARDO: Yeah.

JEN: Let's see what we got over here.

I'm sure you could get a queen-sized bed in here.

JEN: Yeah.

I think there's one more room up here.

JEN: This is bigger than my last apartment.

RICARDO: I am loving this nook area.

Again, the nature around this lot is just lush and it, it's inspiring.

I also like that they carried the gold accents in this light fixture.

RICARDO: It's nice.

JEN: I think the room keeps going.

JEN: Yeah, yeah, I think that sums it up.

It's absolutely stunning how green it is no matter what window you're looking out of and of course, I was obsessed with the kitchen.

RICARDO: Primary suite was chef's kiss.

JEN: And he claimed both upstairs closets so I'll just have to live somewhere else, I suppose.

RICARDO: You have the basement.

JEN: Which also had an amazing guest room with a double closet which is something you don't typically see in a guest room.

LAUREN: Absolutely.

So we have five bedrooms, four and a half baths, 4800 square feet and it's built in 2024.

JEN: I'm going to guess a little conservatively.

Um, I think $980,000.

LAUREN: OK. RICARDO: Okay, I'm going to go a little higher.

I think 1.2 million.

LAUREN: OK, the real list price is 1.545.

RICARDO: Good game, good game.

JEN: Wow.

I was way off.

RICARDO: Oh, come on.

Does that mean I get to move I now?

LAUREN: Yeah, that's right, you're closer.
