This early daylight, they are going to soak that up and be so happy in this room.

RICARDO: Yeah, I think these walls are perfect for artwork, for family photographs.

Let's go take a look at this kitchen.

JEN: All right.

RICARDO: This looks interesting.

Okay, it's a dining room and kitchen.

JEN: Oh.

RICARDO: Mm-hmm, this would be a great home office.

JEN: And I think you could fit a queen-sized bed in here, don't you?

RICARDO: True.

JEN: Let's see what else we got.

RICARDO: Okay, a-ha, also a good-sized bedroom.

JEN: Yeah.

RICARDO: What else is up here?

JEN: Here we have our full bath.

This bathroom could maybe use a little refresh just to make it your own.

RICARDO: Great starter.

So this is the primary.

Oh, wow.

JEN: Wow.

RICARDO: These ceilings are very surprising.

JEN: Yeah, really.

And I know you're a big fan of a tall ceiling.

RICARDO: Yeah.

(Jen laughs).

RICARDO: It's too tall?

JEN: No.

RICARDO: Oh.

JEN: I don't think it could ever be too tall, but... RICARDO: Me neither.

JEN: This is great and these windows really open the room up to nature.

It feels very private and secluded.

RICARDO: Yeah, I love this tile work.

JEN: Yeah.

RICARDO: And a really, really great shower head.

JEN: I might consider replacing this vanity with something a little more modern.

RICARDO: I can see that.

JEN: Well, I'm really excited to move onto the closet.

RICARDO: Okay.

JEN: All right.

Oh.

It's two closets.

RICARDO: It's two closets?

JEN: Yeah.

RICARDO: Look at that.

JEN: I didn't realize.

RICARDO: It's just me.

JEN: Hey, keep it down over there.

(Ricardo laughs).

JEN: I thought it absolutely was a pass-through.

RICARDO: I wonder what it would be like if you knocked the wall down.

You could make it a true walk-in.

JEN: Yeah, you might actually lose a little bit of storage space by not having it partitioned.

RICARDO: That's true.

JEN: Because they are using the wall in a really smart way to add storage.

RICARDO: True.

JEN: So, we'll just have to think about it when we move in.

RICARDO: Well, before we sign the paperwork, let's go check out the basement.

JEN: Oh, okay, great.

(Ricardo laughs).

JEN: I'm really looking forward to seeing what's down here.

RICARDO: Yeah.

JEN: Oh, wow.

RICARDO: We're in a basement and I can do this.

JEN: It really is a nice centerpiece and I think maybe this becomes your primary living room area.

RICARDO: Right.

JEN: And it walks right out into the backyard.

LAUREN: Welcome back.

LAUREN: What did you guys think of the very first house?

RICARDO: This yard is fantastic.

We didn't even really get a chance to appreciate this.

LAUREN: Yeah, absolutely.

This outdoor area is wonderful and then you have the upper level deck from the kitchen with the bump out.

RICARDO: Looking out, it felt like you were in your own private tree house.

JEN: Even with neighbors on either side.

LAUREN: Yeah, so it really feels secluded.

JEN: Given the square footage of this home, I was shocked by the amount of storage.

Everywhere you looked there was a closet.

RICARDO: Yeah.

JEN: And there's a place for everything in this house.

LAUREN: Oh, yeah.

RICARDO: And the space, I have to say, that primary, that was a surprise I was not expecting.

A welcome surprise.

JEN: Yeah.

LAUREN: And on all levels too, right?

Even in the lower level.

Everywhere.

It just gives it... RICARDO: Even in the basement.

LAUREN: Yeah, that tall ceiling height despite a smaller square footage really just makes the room feel spacious.

RICARDO: Okay, before we play our first game, would you tell us the stats of this house one more time?

LAUREN: It is four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, 1,785 square feet, including the basement.

JEN: You want me to go first?

RICARDO: Yes.

(laughter).

RICARDO: Yeah.

RICARDO: Whoa.

LAUREN: So Jen is closer.
