McGreevey says addicts are not going to be able to achieve sobriety without MAT.

The head of New Jersey's Reentry Corporation says replacing one drug with another to help treat addiction isn't at odds with sobriety. Rather, former Gov. Jim McGreevey says addicted individuals are not going to be able to achieve sobriety without medication-assisted treatment.
