Oceans are salty bodies of water that cover 70% of the Earth. Oceans contain many different ecosystems. Some of the Earth’s largest and smallest creatures live in the ocean. Yet people have only explored about 5% of the Earth’s oceans. On this Science Trek, host Joan Cartan-Hansen and her guest scientists will answer students’ questions about the oceans.
